I love the 80/ 20 division that Jay makes. 

It’s the reason why I believe that medical humanities and integrative medicine are so important. Medicine ultimately needs to be focused on the individual. 

Although, I would be lying if I didn’t say that I think the future of personalized medicine via genetics is incredibly exciting.
