pancake fail
I majorly fail at making pancakes.
In the past, I usually made bready pancakes.
Well thanks to Alton Brown of Good Eats, I now seem to have the consistency and a good “instant” mix.
I still burned my first batch to crisps though… Well hopefully, this is a trial and error process for me. :)
